    Is QReonix only for restaurants?+

    Yes. QReonix is a restaurant operating system — digital menus, per-table QR ordering, and live order management. We do not offer generic website, WiFi, or vCard QR tools.

    How does pricing work?+

    Each plan includes a number of restaurant locations and a monthly order allowance. Table QR codes, menu edits, and analytics are included within those limits. Upgrade when you add venues or outgrow your order volume.

    Do guests need an app?+

    No. Guests scan a table or menu QR and use their mobile browser. When ordering is enabled, they verify with a one-time SMS code so staff can reach them if needed.

    Can staff add items to a guest order?+

    Yes. From Orders you can open a new table order or add items to an existing one — ideal for walk-ins, phone orders, or corrections without sending guests back to their phones.

    What counts as one order toward my monthly limit?+

    Each guest checkout that creates a new order in your dashboard counts once. Staff-created orders count toward the limit; adding items to an existing order does not create a second order.

    Can I run multiple locations?+

    Professional and Enterprise plans support multiple restaurant locations from one account. Each location has its own menu, table QRs, and order queue.
