No. Guests scan a table or menu QR and use their mobile browser. When ordering is enabled, they verify with a one-time SMS code so staff can reach them if needed.
Yes. From Orders you can open a new table order or add items to an existing one — ideal for walk-ins, phone orders, or corrections without sending guests back to their phones.
Each guest checkout that creates a new order in your dashboard counts once. Staff-created orders count toward the limit; adding items to an existing order does not create a second order.
Professional and Enterprise plans support multiple restaurant locations from one account. Each location has its own menu, table QRs, and order queue.
