This Privacy Policy describes how QReonix ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at https://qreonix.com and related services (the "Service"), including digital menus, table QR ordering, order management, analytics, and account features.

Restaurant content: menu items, categories, prices, images, table labels, and branding you upload.
Guest order data when ordering is enabled: name, verified phone number, order items, notes, table identifier, and payment status you track in the dashboard.
Payment-related information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
Messages you send through contact or support forms.

Information collected automatically

Menu and table QR analytics: when someone scans your menu or table QR, we may record timestamp, approximate location (country/city derived from IP), device type, browser user-agent, and referrer where available.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, and analytics (see Section 6).

2. How we use your information

3. Guest-facing menus and orders

Your digital menu is visible to anyone who scans your QR code. When ordering is enabled, guests enter information on their device; that data is shared with your restaurant account to fulfill service. You are responsible for lawful collection and use of guest data (including allergen disclosures and local privacy rules). Do not publish sensitive personal data of others without consent.

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

Service providers who help us host infrastructure, send email, process payments, or provide analytics — under contracts that limit use to providing services to us.
Legal and safety when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain account, menu, and order data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Scan and order logs may be retained for analytics for a reasonable period.
