    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QReonix ("we," "us," or "our") at https://qreonix.com and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials confidential.

    2. The Service

    QReonix is a cloud platform for restaurants and cafés. You can publish digital menus, generate menu and table QR codes, accept dine-in orders from guests' mobile browsers, manage orders in real time, and view restaurant analytics. Plan limits are based on the number of restaurant locations and guest orders per calendar month described at purchase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

    3. Accounts

    • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
    • Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
    • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

    4. Your content

    You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, transmit, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including serving menu pages, order processing, and analytics).

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any law or third-party rights.
    • Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive material.
    • Share illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
    • Infringe intellectual property or privacy of others.
    • Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.
    • Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own product without authorization.

    We may remove content or disable menus, ordering, or QR codes that violate these rules or receive valid legal complaints, without liability to you for such action where permitted by law.

    5. Menus, table QRs, and guest ordering

    Menu and table QR codes open hosted pages on our infrastructure. You are responsible for menu accuracy (prices, allergens, availability) and for complying with local food-safety and consumer laws. Guest orders may require phone verification; you are responsible for fulfilling orders and handling payments at the table unless we explicitly offer integrated payment in your region. Scan and order analytics are provided on a best-effort basis and may be approximate.

    6. Paid plans and payments

    • Paid plans are described at checkout; prices may change with notice for new purchases.
    • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Dodo Payments or Razorpay). Their terms also apply.
    • Unless stated otherwise, plan fees are one-time for the period or limits described at purchase.
    • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law; contact support for billing disputes.

    7. Free tier and limits

    Free and paid accounts are subject to limits on restaurant locations, orders per month, and fair-use policies. Exceeding order limits may block new guest orders until the next period or upgrade. We may adjust tier limits to maintain service quality.

    8. Intellectual property

    The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation (excluding your content), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our trademarks without written permission.

    9. Disclaimer of warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

    10. Limitation of liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

    11. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

    12. Termination

    You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limits, indemnity) will survive.

    13. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, except where prohibited by law in your country of residence.

    14. Changes

    We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
